A Taste Of Heritage Awaits At Kaiserhaus Mark your calendar for 7th July 2016 as Kaiserhaus, the only Austrian restaurant in Singapore, launches a limited edition menu worth of Austrian dumplings that have transcended through centuries of the Habsburg heritage.
 
Be prepared to have your notion of the traditional 'dumplings' being defied and redefined by Chef Hans Lüftenegger as you savour five different types of Austrian dumplings (otherwise known as Knödel).
 
Start the meal with the Tiroler Speckknödel, a Tyrolean Style Bacon Dumpling, that is slightly larger than a fishball and consist of medley of meat and herbs while sitting in a bath of rich beef broth. Continue the meal with mains and go contemporary with the merry Dumpling Trio consisting of a spinach dumpling, a baked liver dumpling and a cheese dumpling. Alternatively, follow the footsteps of tradition with the large Bohemian Meat Dumpling that is filled with a generous serving of chopped bits and is complemented with potato salad, mâche and Béarnaise sauce. Finish off with the Strawberry Dumpling or the Mozart Dumpling that has been inspired by the Mozartkugel chocolate and is hence packed with a luscious treat of marzipan and nougat praline.
