Introduced with a set of dancers in chef’s costume, the three day festival; Fabulous Food 1Malaysia Festival is a prelude to Visit Malaysia Year 2014, held to boost tourism in the country. A total of 130 exhibitors were present at Putra World Trade Centre with visitors treated to the country’s famous street food such as asam laksa, nyonya kuih and more. Activities were also available at the festival like cooking competitions, demonstrations and eating challenges. A little like our local HawkerFest but with more elements?
