Earle Swensens has unveiled new and improved Western-Asian dishes and delectable desserts to excite your palate. Whet your appetite first with either the crunchy and well-textured morsels of breaded scallops with wasabi tar-tar sauce or juicy, tender and slightly spicy sesame sriracha fried drumlets. For something substantial, opt for either sandwiches, burgers and wraps such as triple decker clubhouse featuring a medley of ingredients slipped in between two slices of honey oat bread, or the buckaroo bbq chicken burger featuring a chicken slice, shitake mushrooms, tomatoes, topped with a robust BBQ sauce. Not to be missed too are the show-stopping Earle’s suft & turf, and the aromatic slow-cooked Moroccan lamb stew suffused with herbs and spices, served with mesclun salad, and lemongrass macadamia nut rice studded with raisins that add punches of sweetness to the ensemble. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy “For The Love Of Lychee” and “Green With Envy! You Met Your Match-a” - they’re layered desserts served in a tall cup that delivers different textures and flavours.
