F1 weekend: Waterboat House launches a five-course menu

Not something new for Singaporeans with our 24 hours food courts, but for America where Asian food is only a blooming phenomenon, a new restaurant in Wausau is prepared to serve diners a limited menu into the late night. Opening a restaurant has been Twan Vongphakdy’s lifelong dream and finding this perfect location, he aims at serving the after-bar crowd. His special menu serves Southeast Asian cuisine such as pho and khao piek. Recipes are own creations, thereby uniquely his. Diners looking to having supper after a drink or two can now gather at a new joint.
