Salt grill & Sky bar will take wine lovers and enthusiasts on a journey of
Mt. Difficulty Wines, one of the oldest and most revered vineyards in Bannockburn, the sub-region of central Otago. Guests will be joined by Fraser Mackenzie of Mt. Difficulty Wines who will personally host them for the evening. Priced at $150 nett per person, guests will enjoy an exquisite 5 course degustation menu crafted by Salt grill’s Executive Chef Mathew Leighton, perfectly paired with 5 of some of the vineyard’s finest wines.
