15 Dumplings To Try This Dragon Boat Festival Dragon boat festival is back again and it's time to enjoy those little parcels of joy stuffed with a medley of ingredients, wrapped in bamboo leaves and steamed to perfection. Here, four places presents 15 exciting and mouth-watering flavours that await your appetite. 

Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is giving the traditional glutinous rice dumpling the haute cuisine treatment with five delicious variations handcrafted from star and celebrity chef restaurants in RWS. The following five dumplings is sold in a package and is priced at S$78 nett.

1) Tangerine's Organic Barley & Quinoa (Vegetarian)
This savoury delight exemplifies the spa cuisine served at Tangerine, crammed full of nutritious goodness, in a scrumptious play of tastes and textures.

2) Forest's Sea Whelk, Dried Oysters & Unagi
A fragrant rice dumpling given a seafood twist with ingredients usually reserved for nourishing Chinese soup, enhanced with the richness of Japanese eel.

3) Osia Steak and Seafood Grill's Five Spiced Berkshire Pork
Generously packed with a fine grade of Berkshire Pork from Byron Bay, famed for its supreme flavours and juiciness, this rice dumpling is a treat for meat lovers.

4) Feng Shui Inn's 5 Grains With Australian Wild Abalone
Soybeans, wheat, broomcorn, foxtail millet and rice are wrapped around a succulent 10-head whole abalone, steeped in delicate flavours.

5) Syun's Ohagi
Traditionally eaten during autumn and spring, this confection of glutinous rice and luscious azuki arrives early to add a sweet note to this dumpling feast.
