A standout contender on new television reality show, “Royal Chef”, Chef Natan Cohen has won the hearts of Michelin star-studded judges with his insistence in playing the game with a hint of humour. Despite standing out, Chef Cohen doesn’t own a bank account, car or cell phone. Even the restaurant where he runs based on original Yemenite food is a one man show. Not only is he the owner and the chef, he serves and washes the dishes, practically running the restaurant based on his own capabilities. Not only did this cut on overhead costs for the restaurant, diners are able to afford cheap and good Yemenite food approved even by the Yemenite community.
