How High End Restaurants Are Solving Their Food-Waste Problems

One of the biggest problems in the world is food wastage, many different parts are thrown out during the process of cooking and when the food gets served up to the front.
An American Enviromental Organization, Feedback has crafted and executed a number of campaigns to help raise greater awareness of food wastage. One such event held in a form of a food festival is called Feeding the 5,000. At this festival, chefs from three different restaurants made 5,000 free meals from leftover food.
