On 8 June, Summer Pavilion at Ritz Carlton Singapore presents an exquisite six-course wine dinner menu specially prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Cheung Siu Kong, and paired with the finest wines from E. Guigal.
This one-night only event will feature Summer Pavilion’s menu highlights such as stir-fried Japanese diced wagyu beef and poached estuary grouper fillet, paired with the finest wines from E. Guigal, including the Côte-Rôtie La Turque, Cote Brune 2011. The Côte-Rôtie La Turque, Cote Brune 2011 has been rated 98 points by leading wine critic, Robert M. Parker, Jr.
E. Guigal Wine Dinner will be held on Wednesday 8 June at 7pm.
