Chef James Montejano has gritted his teeth at fine-dining and Michelin-starred restaurants, and he has also conducted culinary programmes at resorts. What he has not done yet is what he has set to do now and that is to become an executive chef for a popular gourmet supermarket in Cardiff, United Kingdom.
