How To Prevent Overeating For The New Year

How To Prevent Overeating For The New Year A phenomenon called sensory specific satiety (SSS), is the devil behind binge eating, ‘controlling’ your mind of making you have the appetite for more even after one plate of food. It is something that happens subconsciously with an automatic mechanism that makes you want to eat more or at least add some other ingredients to finish off the food. Like how we would gobble down the food that is not as tasty, leaving the best for the last, eventually making it to the end of the plate.
