The Freshest Seafood Catch At Salt Tapas & Bar

“Fresh” is the word over at Salt Tapas & Bar; it presents a re-fresh-ed ala carte menu along with the fresh-est catch of seafood of the day. Start the meal with crisp Taco Of Tempura Soft Shell Crab that is drizzled with a slightly spicy wasabi mayo and based with a tangy pineapple salsa or go simple with a sashimi of the day doused with ginger, shallots and Persian feta. Proceed on to mains with an order of the Grilled Big Head Prawn with a tangy papaya salad, fried peanuts and tamarind dressing or have a paella brimming with the medley of prawns, clams, squid, chorizo, chicken, parma ham drizzled with a cheese-lookalike saffron rouille. As Executive Chef Ronald Li says, “We make (seafood) the star of the dish through simple, delicate cooking and a few accompaniments that serve to enhance their natural sweetness”.
Don’t forget to finish the meal at Salt Tapas & Bar with a basket of churros accompanied by a saccharine sweet Nutella sauce, orange marmalade and light Chantilly cream or a deconstructed signature of Luke Mangan’s Liquorice Parfait that comes as a light dessert after the heavier tones in the mains.
