Shanghainese Cuisine at Resorts World Sentosa’s Avenue Joffre

Avenue Joffre offers world class food in the ambience of old Shanghai, in which the restaurant got their name from. The restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine, to keep with that theme; the restaurant has invited MasterChef Zhou Yuan Chang from Shanghai to bring some of his culinary delights to the sunny shores of Singapore. For a limited time of April 15- May 31, Chef Zhou will be presenting his dishes to diners at Avenue Joffre. Some of the highlights on the menu include Simmered Mud Crab with Asparagus Lettuce in Clay Pot, Stir-Fried Fresh Prawns with Wild Garlic and Chef Zhou’s award winning dish: Stir-fried Shredded Blotched Snakehead Fish with Chinese Chives.
