It is White Asparagus Month with Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza! As Spring is approaching, the White Asparagus, grown mainly in Europe, is ideal for consumption. From April 25- May 31, this nature’s powerhouse plant will be taking centre stage at Pool Grill with specially-crafted à la carte white asparagus creations to tantalise the palates of our diners.
