ERWIN’S Gastrobar rolls out Blood & Sand specials

ERWIN’S Gastrobar has rolled out the Blood & Sand specials this April! The menu features the Blood & Sand cocktail, homage to a silent film from 1922, starring Rudolph Valentino. It is the perfect twist of sweet and smoky, completed with freshly squeezed orange juice and Aperol. Diners can pair this concoction with ERWIN’S Medjool dates wrapped in smoked bacon & served with spicy cherry pepper jam.
The promotion runs from now till 1 May 2016 at ERWIN’S Gastrobar Valley Point and Marina Bay Financial Centre outlets.
