What is the best feeling in the world? For Team Singapore made up of Chef Desmond Lee of Mandarin Oriental Singapore, Chef Pang Yun Kian of The Regent Hotel, Singapore, and Chef Alex Yen of Bakerzin, it was the feeling of watching their efforts come to fruition and winning the Asian Pastry Cup (APC) on Wednesday.
