@ 15 Apr 2016
The saying “looks too good to eat”, is the first thing that comes to mind when one is treated to Chef Keisuke Matsumoto’s scrumptious cuisine. He is an experienced chef of 30 years, out of which, he has spent 4 years in France to master French culinary techniques in Michelin-starred restaurant. Apart from his passion for French culinary techniques, he also firmly believes in “A platter of vibrant, colourful and fresh Japanese seafood and vegetables bathed in a delicate and classically French sauce, presented like a work of art found in The Louvre.” Join him as he takes food to a whole new level of art that involves colourful and vibrant fresh seafood and vegetables accompanied by dashes and paints of sauce.
