WGS Featured Menu 1) Sardinia, the Emerald of the Mediterranean
Sardinia, the Emerald of the Mediterranean is a dinner menu specially curated for WGS and it will be served at Alba 1836, an Italian restaurant helmed by Chef Lucas Piras who has worked at iconic establishments in Italy and the world, such as Sambuco, a 1-starred Michelin restaurant. Dinners can look forward to the dishes such as Tuna tartar dressed in fine extra virgin olive oil and lemon, olives, capers, fresh artichokes salad and mullet Bottarga from Cabras and Maine Lobster Catalana style, marinated in extra virgin olive oil, red onion, lemon and heirloom tomatoes.

2) Smoke and Sake
Join Sake Master Hiroshi Inoue from Tochigi for this one night only special event that covers not just a masterclass but a scrumptious dinner after.
