Hotels Have Some Ideas for Millennials These days, the tech savvy millennials are frequent travellers and when they stay in a hotel, there are three things that are fundamental to them. They are a customized experience for each of them, digital convenience for the tech savvy generation and the relevant information they can find on social media. To target this new generation of travellers, some major hotel brands are coming up with different marketing strategies and amenities to suit these millennials travellers. Some of these includes, free wifi, areas for working by the hotel’s pool and a tech savvy bellhop, where guests can text emojis to order room service. Also, some hotels are coming up with their own studio to film short films and webisodes while some uses social media like snapchat to promote their brand.
