This Easter weekend, set aside Saturday, 27 March 2016, from 11am – 4pm to take your loved ones for a feast at the newly revamped Island Café and Bar, located at Tangs Level 4. The kitchen is helmed by new executive chef Sherwin Sim who was formerly at Coriander Leaf restaurant.
Easter brunch features a buffet that spoils guests with choices. Crispy wanton, mushroom quiche, tempura prawns, and beef pastrami can be found at the cold and hot canapes corner. For those who enjoy fresh seafood, you’re in for a treat as rock oyster and tiger prawns are among the bounty. Tuck into mains such as oven baked snapper fillet with almond crust, Hainanese pork chop in tomato sauce, and ratatouille with bell peppers, zucchinis and aubergine. End the buffet on a sweet note with a plethora of desserts that await your appetite.
