Bannie Kang from Anti:dote has emerged victorious from The Barcardi Cocktail Competition 2016 held at Ce La Vi on 9 March 2016. Taking inspiration from her Korean roots, her winning cocktail, Hwa Chae, impressed the judges with originality, creativity and innovation. The next big stage for Bannie is in San Francisco, USA, where she will represent Singapore, and compete in the grand global finals to win the coveted title of the world’s Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Champion on 24 April 2016.
