We are all probably used to having our Christmas feast somewhere near a radiator or a fireplace to keep us warm, but this chef challenges the cold. Chef Justin Chambers is the only chef at Mawson Station in Antarctica to prepare a traditional Christmas feast. Despite being away from home in Australia, where it is all sunny and warm, Chef Chambers has decided to cook in parts of the world where he has yet to venture into cooking at. Bringing home-cooked Christmas meal to his comrades and his diners, Chef Chambers will be serving up turkey and more. On normal days, he has designed menus with local ingredient; 100,000 year old glacial ice for sorbet and some other ingredients. Inventory is important for him when supplies only come in yearly.
