Dolce Vita Introduces Earth Hour Menu This Earth Hour, Dolce Vita at Mandarin Oriental introduces an exclusive “dine in the dark” menu. Guests can enjoy sustainable cuisine while dining in a dimly lit setting on Saturday, 19 March 2016 at the hotel’s Italian poolside restaurant.  Look forward to savouring a five-course dinner priced at S$128 per person. Highlights include Caledonia prawns and quinoa in shellfish broth; organic Singaporean barramundi; and green Acquerello risotto. Wines from sustainable sources are also available for guests who wish to pledge their full support for this cause.
