Singapore's Sole Entrant For The Prestigious International Catering Cup 2017

Chef Brandon Foo and Chef Patrick Heuberger have been accepted as the sole entrants representing Singapore at the International Catering Cup (ICC) 2017 to be held on the 21st of January in Lyon, France. Organised by the renowned Confédération Nationale des Charcutiers-Traiteurs et Traiteurs, the ICC has become the landmark event for the catering industry since it was launched in 2008.
Chef Brandon and Chef Patrick, Singapore’s first ever representatives in this prestigious competition, will compete against other professional caterers from across the world in this 5th edition of the biennial catering competition. The number of entrants is limited to 12 teams. The competition is held in conjunction with Sirha, The World Hospitality & Food Service Event 2017 and alongside other prestigious events - the Bocuse d’Or and Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
