One of the participating restaurants this year at World Gourmet Summit is Terra helmed by chef-owner Seita Nakahara. Located at Tras Street, the restaurant is an elegant contemporary setting which complements the beuatiful Tokyo-Italian plates dished out by Chef Seita. His creations are based on the availability of seasonal ingredients and he recommends it to have it best with Italian wines. With a dinner themed Surprise in Bloom, diners can expect a 5-course dinner that features niigata botameni carpaccio with walnut dressing; black abalone with Trapanese sauce; Hokkaido sea urchin spaghetti; chargrilled kagoshima wagyu; and terramisu. This dinner is priced at S$168++ per person. Visit www.worldgourmetsummit.com to find out more.
