In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Dallas Restaurant & Bar establishes a second outlet at Suntec City Sky Garden, alongside two new menu items that pander to those who love meats. Prime rib steak offers a slab of prime rib that is lightly seasoned, slow roasted for 15 hours and finished on the grill. It is served with fries, salad or seasoned vegetables. On weekends, diners can eat to their heart's content with as they can enjoy free-flow of this premium cut at S$35 per person. Dallas meat platter is ideal for sharing with your friends and loved ones. It can be ordered for either two or four diners, and each platter features four different meats; grilled Australian lamb cutlets, pork ribs, rotisserie chicken and prime rib steak.
