Over the past decade, David Chang has built a quite a reputation for himself. He owns Momofuku. He has two Michelin stars and four James Beard Awards. He has a large following on Twitter and Instagram, and he co-founded Lucky Peach magazine. The only thing he has yet to do is to have a woman to lead one of his restaurants. According to data from U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, majority of woman can be found in the U.S food service industry, but only a minority are head chefs and mostly are chief executive officers.
