La Brasserie Welcomes Chef Arnau Bosch

From 23 to 27 February 2016, Chef Arnau Bosch of one Michelin star restaurant, Can Bosh, in Cambrils, Spain, will be flaunting his culinary skills at La Brasserie in The Fullerton Bay Hotel. His culinary presentations are stylish and his dishes –a reflection of Spanish traditions – are novel, yet honest on the palate. Guests can look forward to his signatures like grilled octopus with cauliflower parmentier and risotto with sea bass and coriander foam.
