Michelin Star Awarded To Korean Chef’s Restaurant

Le Passe-Temps, a 26 seater restaurant in Lyon, France, has been awarded a Michelin star. What's noteworthy is that the chef is Korean-born, Lee Young-hoon, 32. The restaurant alongside 41 other and will be included in this year’s Michelin Guide listing for France. As a former culinary arts student at a university in Korea, Lee’s passion for authentic French cuisine started when he worked in French restaurant in Seoul. He then went to Institut Paul Bocuse in France to hone his craft, and after graduation, he set up his own restaurant in 2014. Learn more here:
