The Rise Of Set Menus In a bid to cut down on food wastage, Michelin star restaurants are now ditching a la carte menus for set menus. Kathryn Francis, who co-owns a Michelin-starred restaurant, The Checkers, offers set taster menus as she noted that it is an emerging trend and has a financial advantage to it.
