Hailing from Barcelona, Guest Chef Albert Ortiz will be cooking up a Spanish storm at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel’s alfresco poolside restaurant, the Pool Grill. Offering both set lunch and dinner, savour traditional Spanish flavours such as Pan-seared Salmon in Cider Vinegar, Garlic Mousseline Sauce; Grilled Octopus with Crusty Pork Jowl and Green Asparagus and Stewed Veal Tongue with Mash Potato & Red Wine. Pasta lovers can expect home-made Tagliatelle Pasta and Chorizo Carbonara to brighten up your day.
To sweeten the deal, desserts such as Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream with Arabica Coffee Foam, Cointreau Gelee and Chocolate Soil; Dark Chocolate Ice Cream, Char-grilled Banana, Gorgonzola Cheese and Caramelised Butter Bread, are available.
Guest Chef Albert Ortiz will be cooking at Pool Grill from 15 February to 13 March 2016. 3 Course Lunch will be going at S$35++ per person while a 4 Course Dinner will be going at S$58++ per person.
