Potato Head Folk Launches New Weekend Brunch

Potato Head Folk launches its exciting new brunch menu for 2016, which combines Chef Adam Penney’s British culinary heritage as well as local food delights. “The Wild Brunch”, set to tantalise the taste buds of Singapore’s brunch-loving crowd, will be available every Saturday and Sunday, 11am - 4pm.
“The Wild Brunch” will provide a fresh and innovative rework of traditional brunch dishes such as ‘We Found Nemo’ a spin on a classic smoked salmon bagel with a side of tater tots; ‘Lil Miss Piggy’ a free range Cumberland sausage, truffled onion jam, in a toasted demi brioche; and the signature ‘Wubenz’ a 96hr cooked salt beef, Sriracha style Russian dressing, charred sauerkraut, smoked cheese on griddled rye bread.
From the bar, a selection of handcrafted brunch cocktails will also be available. Guests can choose from a Bloody Mary, Bunny Mary and a Mary A Go Go to accompany their main meals. Main dishes start from S$12 and all cocktails are S$22.
