Celebrate Valentine’s day at ZOTT’s True Alps, located along the bustling Amoy Street. A special menu has been created by Chef Lorenz-Maria Griesser who works on the belief of combining art with food. Customers can choose between a four or six-course meal that includes a glass of prosecco, appetizers such as duet of trout horseradish beetroot, Venison Loin sous vide cooked with cherries and truffle, and finish off the night with the chocolate heart with banana-passion fruit ragout ice cream as dessert. The four-course set is priced at S$98++ and six-course set is priced at S$148++. Wine pairing is available with additional charges.
