Save Money, Book Flights At The Right Time

Thinking of a getaway? Great. Not sure when is the best time to book your tickets? Not so great. Skyscanner, travel search engine, is here to help with insights. Over the last three years, flight data has been analysed to find out the best times to book flights for 10 destinations much loved by Singaporean travellers. It pays to plan early as cheapest fares will be available 20 weeks in advance. The second week of February and the month of September, are the cheapest time to travel, and it’s no surprise that December is the most expensive month to travel. Based on findings, January is the best month to travel to Hong Kong and Indonesia as travellers can save approximately 12 and 10 per cent savings respectively. May is for Australia and South Korea, and September is for Philippines and Thailand.
