Celebrity Chef Eddy Leung At JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa

For one-night only, highly acclaimed chef Eddie Leung made an appearance at Andaman Grill, JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa on 28 January to showcase his culinary finesse in innovative French cuisine. The Hong Kong-born chef has amassed over 25 years of experience and owns three restaurants: Chef Studio by Eddy, G7 Private Dining and Lobster Bobo by Eddy. In 2003, chef Leung wrote his first cookbook ‘Cooking with Passion’, to help underprivileged children in northern China. He managed to raise a sum of HK$190,000.
From now till 3 February, Andaman Grill features chef Leung’s offerings which include 48 C slow cook salmon confit, champagne crème, salmon caviar; 12-hour braised beef cheek, sous vide beef tenderloin, port wine jus; and char grilled tiger prawns with garlic and pecan nut butter sauce.
The 5-course dinner is priced at THB 3,800++ or THB 3,500++ per person. The Andaman Grill is open for dinner from 6 to 10.30 pm.
