To commemorate its 50th anniversary, from 10 to 12 February, Supermarket Trade show, held at Tokyo Big Sight (East and West Hall) will come together to house four other trade shows such as the organic expo with biofach Japan and the 11th “Kodawari” food fair. A total of 1,580 companies are participating and during the massive show, guests can get ready to brush up on their culinary knowledge, network with professionals in the F&B industry, participate in lectures and seminars, and enjoy a reception party. This is done with an aim of bringing Japan’s food industry forward.
