Fans of El Bulli rejoice as Chef Albert Adria, brother of Ferran, is coming down to Café Royal, London. From February 12 to April 9, diners will not be getting a taste of El Bulli, but rather a flavour of contemporary cooking, with inspiration drawn from the restaurant and the five other restaurants he has in Barcelona. To start whetting appetites, snacks will be served at Café Royal’s Oscar Wilde Bar which include his rendition of El Bulli’s famous exploding olive that might involve Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. After, diners will move on to Domino restaurant to indulge in about dozen courses prepared for them. Find out more here:
