KUVO Raises The Bar

KUVO Raises The Bar Sandwiched between the hipster 313 Somerset and multi-storey H&M store lies the plain jane Orchard Shopping Centre. With its nondescript outlook, this is probably the last place you will expect to find KUVO, a dining sanctuary that opens till late along the bustling shopping belt that prides itself on tailoring its dining and drinking experience to each individual and at any time of the day. It offers a hearty lunch menu and a relaxing high tea set by day and turns to dishing up fusion cuisine worth of tapas paired with an unique and extensive menu of wines and cocktails when the sun sets. Keep a look out for new items on the menu such as the Brandy Flambeed Beef Cube and Grilled Octopus and ask for a pairing with a KUVO exclusive Antica Fratta Brut. Move on to having the simple and no frills Wagyu and Camembert Sliders (mini burgers actually!) that comes with some shrimp wantons dressed in wasabi mayonnaise and pair it with a refreshing Green Iceland. If you are still on a roll, a must try is the Captain B.R along with the English Scotch Egg that is filled with a generous portion of wagyu beef and veal wrapped around a runny egg before being deep fried and topped with edam cheese and red onion au jus. Alternatively, go Japanese with the Kurobuta Yakiniku Donburi with a warming cup of Tales of Shu that is a mix of gemai tea, sake and lilet blanc. But hey, if your belly rumbles for some bar grub, there is always the good old KUVO Coffee Hot Wings whose heat can easily be soothed by a Brewski Yen made with kirin beer, ginger ale and suze! There is definitely a place for everyone at KUVO with quality food at affordable prices. Dine away at http://kuvo.com.sg/
