This year, Royal Plaza on Scotts presents a Mushrooms Mosaic Yu Sheng created by the culinary team at award-winning buffet restaurant, Carousel. The dish consists of Hokkaido scallops sashimi, finely-sliced pumpkin and yam, sweet potato chips, a seafood-based sauce, and eight different types of mushrooms; each meticulously prepared with different techniques.
