New Champagne Brunch From Time & Flow Champagne Starting this week, Time & Flow Champagne has newly introduced a champagne brunch. For 90 minutes, you’ll get free-flow of champagne/ special cocktails, with delights created by their new chef, Shuhei Nitta, who has bagged culinary experiences at places like Joel Robuchon and Bilson’s. Get ready for an indulgent treat as ten mouth-watering appetizers which include sushi, marinated salmon, scones, quiche and foie gras, are made using ingredients that are either air-flown from Japan or are organic in nature.
