The Singapore Heritage Cookbook Wins Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2015 (Singapore)

The Singapore Heritage Cookbook, a 240-page, entails the past, present and future trends of local delights has snagged the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2015. It is now in the running with winners in the same category from other countries for the “Gourmand Best In The World” title. The result will be announced on Saturday, 28 May 2016 at its annual awards event happening in Yantai, China. The cookbook was authored by masterchef Tony Khoo from Marina Mandarin Hotel and published by Cuisine & Wine Asia which celebrates their 20th anniversary this year.
