Homecoming At Bacchanalia Whet your appetite at Bacchanalia as head chef Ivan Brehm and Yokohama-born chef Shinobu Namae of L’Effervescene in Tokyo will be collaborating for two dinners on Jan 17 and 18. The two chefs met in 2008 where they both worked at three-Michelin-starred restaurant, The Fat Duck owned by Heston Blumenthal. Expect a seven-course tasting menu that includes savoury dishes like Taraba crab chawanmushi and Hokkaido abalone rice ball and shimeiwashi, which encompasses of sardines, spring onion puree and more.
