67 is the magic number for the second edition of the Young Chef Olympiad 2016 event. Taking place a day after India’s 67th Republic day on Jan 27 to Feb 1 2016 and organised by International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), there will be the participation of 67 top student chefs and 67 countries. This platform was created in mind to connect young chefs globally and expose them to the different culinary cultures which hopefully will leave an inedible mark on their careers.
