In the Year of the Monkey, Grand Park City Hall has prepared celebratory treats for everyone created by Executive Chef Eric Ong. Inspired by the 16th century Chinese novel, “Journey to the West”, expect indulgences such as hua guo shan yu sheng with crispy fish skin, accompanied by a delectable fruity tossing sauce. Also, if you need to avoid marriage, career and other questions by nosey relatives, recommend to have the buffet spread of seafood, meats and vegetarian dishes for your reunion dinner. That way you can use the excuse of needing to leave the table to take more food. Dishes you can pick at include braised vegetable with monkey head mushrooms and tender roasted beef short-rib with black pepper sauce. Buffet starts from 15 January to 19 February 2016.
