Sao Paolo bans foie gras: chefs hit back

This year’s 2016 St. Moritz Gourmet Festival, from 25 to 29 January 2016 – Yokoso Nippon – is dedicated to Japanese cuisine and its smorgasbord of other delicacies the country offers. The exciting culinary event happening in Switzerland will be starting off on a high note with champagnes, wines and spirits accompanying delectable treats, and a party with live music.
