1-Altitude Transforms Into Fantasy Snow Garden for the Festive Season 2015 Diners can expect nothing less than Stellar’s hallmark sumptuous festive menus created by Executive Chef and Krug Ambassade Christopher Millar. From 1 - 23 December, a Festive Season Constellations menu will be offered for dinner only and diners can create their own six-, seven- or eight-course tasting menu. The Festive Constellations is priced at $120++ (six courses), $140++ (seven courses) and $160++ (eight courses); and a Krug Champagne pairing is also available for a minimum of seven people, priced at $400++ per person. The Christmas Eve and Day dinner menus feature exquisite dishes such as Scottish Salmon Gravadlax, Pickled Beetroot, Potato Snow, Mustard Fluid Gel; Caramelised Foie Gras, Eggnog Crème Brulee, Cherry, Brioche or Fines de Claire Oyster, Sevruga Caviar, Champagne Jelly; and Chestnut Veloute, Porcini Tuile. Diners then partake of the Christmas Tradition in the Kitchen live station for the Traditional Turkey or Bone-In Ham with all the trimmings.
