Bentley Restaurant and Bar is one of Australia’s most renowned restaurants offering a relaxed atmosphere, serving you palate challenging food and eclectic selection of wines found nowhere else but here. Famed for leading diners to new and exciting places, Chef Brent Savage and Sommelier Nick Hildebrandt will re-open the restaurant in Radisson Blu Hotel Sydney on 17 December 2013. The restaurant aims at delivering cutting edge a la carte dining and a bar menu catered for up to 30 drinkers at the bar area. The 80-seat dining room features a private dining area and event space for up to 40 people. With almost a 100 years’ worth of history, how will this newly re-open restaurant fit in?
