Metropolitan Tokyo is and always will be a food haven. For nine years straight, Tokyo has snagged the Michelin guide’s dining capital of the world. A ramen restaurant, Tsuta, was awarded a single Michelin star, sharing glory among other dining establishments with three-star ratings. With enormous restaurant offerings, the guide was also expanded to include in more affordable restaurants.
