Phuket’s Latest Luxury Hotel Will ‘Push Culinary Boundaries’

In October, New York-based Début Hotel Group formally announced its partnership with Singaporean commercial developer Castlewood Group for the five-star Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa, which is scheduled for a 15 November 2015 grand opening.
Two Michelin Star chefs have signed on to join the hotel staff to run its signature Trilogy restaurant – said to be the first of its kind on Phuket island. The hotel’s hidden gem, Indulge is a fine wine bar with a supporting cast of smooth vintage whiskeys, brandies and cigars. Here, televised sports and leather chairs are signature features. Indulge is the soul of the Dream Hotel where the music of choice is soul along with jazz and R&B. Asian and Mediterranean tapas, cured ham and cheeses of the world are served by an all-female team.
