Annual Epicurean Star Award Gala Dinner to Be Held on 18 November 2015

Organised by the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), this year’s Epicurean Star Award sees 92 nominated finalists across 18 categories – the highest number ever. Apart from announcing the winners, three restaurants will also receive Best of the Best laurels, a category that isn’t open for nominations.
The Epicurean Star Award is not just a hallmark achievement for finalists, but also a form of encouragement from the RAS to spur them on in a continual effort to improve the quality of the local F&B scene for discerning diners.
